Lightwright + iPod = Podwright?
The latest addition to the Pocket Lighting line is the Lightwright-to-iPod translator. Podwright
translates any Lightwright 4 file into a set of iPod notes, indexed by
channel number and hanging position. Wheel and click your way through your Instrument Schedule and Channel
Hookup -- without ever interrupting your music. Best of all, it's shareware with a very reasonable $20 registration fee.
Before you download, there are several details to be aware of:
- You must have an iPod mini, Nano, Video iPod or an iPod with a dock connector. Earlier iPods do not have the Notes reader.
- At this time Podwright is limited to a total of about 950 channels-in-use + positions. This limit will be
lifted soon. When you register you will be assured of learning about updates as soon as they are available.
- Lastly, Podwright is not quite available yet. It will be released around the end of July, 2007.
Bookmark this page and come back at the end of July to download the Mac or Windows version of Podwright.
Can't wait? You can actually help get Podwright released even sooner. Click the button below to make your $20 shareware registration
payment and you will help keep the author focussed on final testing of Podwright instead of worrying about where
his next meal is coming from. Pre-release registrants will receive heart-felt thanks, bonus lighting-related reference notes
for their iPods, and will be notified as soon as Podwright is available.
Thank you for yor interest in Podwright. If you have not checked out the other Pocket Lighting titles for
